Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping Information‌
Due to high order volumes and USPS operational factors, delivery delays may occur. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on origin/destination locations, postal acceptance timelines, and other conditions.

All orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will ship within approximately 3 business days.

‌Middle East Deliveries‌
Shipments to Middle Eastern countries may take 5-7 business days.
Important Notice: Product prices exclude import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for Middle Eastern countries. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Please consider potential customs costs before ordering. Refused packages will be returned at customer’s expense with product value refunded (return shipping fees non-refundable).

‌Address Requirements‌

Shipping Address: Provide complete city, state, ZIP code, and apartment number (if applicable). Abbreviations/spelling errors causing delivery failures will result in return-to-sender.
Billing Address: Must exactly match the credit card statement (including street/city/state/ZIP formatting). Discrepancies will prevent order processing.
‌Order Limitations‌
We only ship to one address per order.

‌Lost/Damaged Packages‌
We assume no liability once packages are accepted by USPS. For USPS-related issues (theft/loss/damage):

File a claim directly with your local USPS office
Provide us the USPS claim reference number for potential assistance
Replacement requests without valid USPS documentation cannot be accommodated.
‌Order Confirmations‌
You will receive an email containing:

Order number
Itemized product details & pricing
Applied promotions/coupons
Shipping/billing addresses
Carrier information
This email serves as your official receipt.
‌Tracking‌
A shipment confirmation email with tracking number and carrier link will be sent when your order dispatches (typically 1-3 business days post-order).

‌Defective/Wrong Items‌
Contact Customer Service at fanr89175@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Replacement requires:

Photo/video evidence of issue
Return of original item to our warehouse
Replacements will ship after defect verification.
‌Refunds‌
Allow 2-3 weeks for processing after we receive returned items. Refunds appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
